These Custom Life-Like Dolls are a work of Love, beginning with a Berenguer factory cloth and vinyl doll or an all vinyl doll. The Doll is first disassembled and all of the factory paint removed. Next the doll is given a through cleaning. The original hair of the doll can be rooted or replaced with a quality wig. The head, arms and legs are hand painted by the artist in natural skin tones and the features are enhanced with life like touches. The Doll is then reassembled by replacing the factory, cloth body with a life size, weighted cloth body. This Custom Life-Like Doll is then dressed in either store bought clothing or clothing that is home sewn by the artist. (Check my Custom Clothing section). The artist can match clothing suited to fit the doll and can usually match lips, hair and skin tones from any photo you have provided. This Custom Life-Like Doll comes complete either pre-named or with the name of your choice on an authentic looking Birth Certificate.
